During my 2nd internship, I worked at the Long Harbour Processing Plant ( LHPP project) in the Maintenance and Scheduling Department. I was able to help in the completion of one of the 2014 milestones by developing and organizing databases of equipment and machinery used during construction and procurement.

Task and Responsibilities

• Created and maintained a database of parts, machinery, and equipment.

• Communicated with vendors, contractors and manufactures and updated a contact list.

• Organized and managed lists of equipment, a bill of materials and engineering drawing packages.

• Worked with Ipas DM Search and VBA Basics organizing equipment documents and records.

• Collaborated on the evaluation of Pre-Start Up Safety Review (PSSR) of various equipment.
